I was so happy when Urte contacted me and asked for ‘out of the ordinary’ CV photos. I love participating in new things, and making resume photos outdoors with textured backgrounds was definitely new to me. Maybe, and just maybe, we can change the way photos are in CVs, at least when applying for jobs in creative industries. Why do we still need the old fashioned white background and have a forced face pose? The outcome rarely describes who we really are, and that’s what CVs are supposed to do.
