Languages
I am fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan so I feel comfortable speaking any of these languages during your session. I do understand German and speak it a little bit, though it is somehow harder for me during the sessions. On specific occasions, my Norwegian husband can join me and easily communicate with Scandinavian families.
Locations
Studio sessions apply only for Maternity, Newborn and Baby sessions, and are held in my home studio located in Haidhausen, Munich. Outdoor sessions apply for all kinds of sessions, and we can agree on a specific place. On specific occasions, Breastfeeding photo shoots can be done in your home. Travel fees apply for greater Munich and surrounding areas.
Session fee
The session fee is €100* for all sessions. This is required to save a date for you and it is non-refundable. The fee will be then deducted from the package of your choice.
Payment
For session and package fees, I will email you an invoice with payment details. Payment can be made by bank deposit or cash.
Proofs
About 2 weeks after your session, you will receive an email with a link to your password-protected online gallery. This gallery will remain active for 2 weeks. After this period of time, your gallery will be closed and a €25* fee will be added to have your gallery reopen for one additional week.

On your gallery page you will also find a form for you to fill in with your photo selection.

I offer all of these and you will receive the information once you contact me.
Terms and conditions
Tammy Nicole Photography owns the copyright of all images and reserves the right to share your photos on its website and blog, as well as for printed advertising. Your names and personal information will never be revealed. Your permission will be asked to share the photos on social media and for vendor recognition. By hiring Tammy Nicole Photography you agree to having your photos shared on my website and blog and on printed material. Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable. All sessions booked with session fees paid prior to the price change will have the initial terms and prices guaranteed.
Contract
Once you have booked your session, I will send you a contract with all the detailed terms and conditions, as well as the packages information and fees. The contract must be signed to save the date for you.
Maternity sessions
When to book your maternity session
I usually photograph future moms about 6 weeks prior their due date. If you’re having twins or more, I recommend making photos 8 to 10 weeks before your due date. Please contact me about 2 months before your photo shoot desired date.

Maternity sessions can take place on a weekday in my home studio in Haidhausen, or on a Saturday in a location of your choice.
Newborn sessions
When to book your newborn session
The best time to photograph newborns is when they are 5-10 days old. After this period of time, they are a more curious about what happens around them and they are a little harder to settle, and they could have baby acne or some problems with colic. Please contact me during your pregnancy so I can make a tentative booking based on your due date. Once the baby is born we can arrange a suitable date for your session.

Baby sessions can take place on a weekday in my home studio in Haidhausen, or on a Saturday in a location of your choice. Note: it is required that babies can sit on their own in order to have an outdoor photo shoot.
Family sessions
When to book your family session
Please contact me about 2 months before your photo shoot desired date.
When and where your family session is held
Family sessions can take place from Monday to Saturday in a location of your choice. All Seasons have their own charm and only rain is ‘bad weather’.
Breastfeeding sessions

Please contact me about 2 months before your photo shoot desired date.
When and where your breastfeeding session is held
If you would like to have a session of just you and your baby, we will schedule it on a weekday and the location can be outdoors or in your home. If you would like to include other members of the family, the location will be outdoors and could be done during the weekend.
1st birthday celebration sessions
This session is very similar to a family session, only we will focus more on the 1 year-old. We can photograph all the family or just the child.
